To secure your booking all fees must be paid in advance.
Once a month, for 3 months, we schedule a group zoom/teams call to see how things are going and if the learners need any support. Its an opportunity to share any recent experiences and see if there is anything we can support them with.
It is the First aid for mental health work book, which covers everything on the course and more!
The certificates are usually with you within 48 hours, and sent digitally.
If you are booking 6 or more people on to the same course we can offer a 10% discount.
If you let us know by email 7 days before then there is a full refund, thereafter we can transfer you to another date convenient for you.
